INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("Regulation").

("Saline Culcasi"), provides information relating to the processing of the personal data of the user who browses the Saline Culcasi websites at the addresses https://www.salineculcasi.it as well as any other address that is under the domain "salineculcasi.it" (all collectively defined as the "Site") and possibly fills in the forms of the "Login to the Press & Trade Room" sections, "Store Locator", "Subscribe to our newsletter" and/or "Book your visit", including through the use of the tool provided by GoogleForm (collectively referred to as the "Forms").

Types of data collected

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the terminals of users who connect to the Site, the MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

Data provided voluntarily by natural and legal persons

Following the voluntary submission of data by the user (by sending e-mail messages to the addresses on the Site, entering the Forms and/or registering on the Site) Saline Culcasi may process such personal data to respond to the requests made by the user and/or to provide the services requested.

Saline Culcasi therefore deals in this context, when provided by the user:

• contact details;
• commercial information and data relating to your tastes and preferences;
• data of the interested party relating to food allergies and/or intolerances, as well as body temperature, depending on the access to the premises of Saline Culcasi, also for guided tours of the company with food and alcoholic beverage tastings, at the request of the interested party.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The data provided by natural and legal persons and collected by Saline Culcasi will be processed for the following purposes:

• check the correct functioning of the services offered through the Site (anonymous data processing);
• obtain statistical information on the use of the services and the Site: for example, most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.
• in the event that express consent has been given, for promotional and advertising purposes. In these cases, the consent given to the processing of data allows Saline Culcasi to carry out profiling activities, carry out promotional offers and marketing communications, including personalized ones, both through automated tools, such as e-mail, and through traditional tools, such as ordinary mail or telephone calls through an operator, relating to Saline Culcasi's products or services. This processing therefore involves the analysis of the user's profile in order to determine his/her preferences and make the sending of promotional communications as targeted and interesting as possible. Obviously, it is understood that the subscription to the Site, to the various integrated services and/or to the newsletter may be canceled at any time at no cost to the user by following the instructions included on the Site and/or at the bottom of each communication received by the user;
• in the event that express consent has been given, to communicate to third parties and/or disseminate the customer's identification and contact data through commercial information, market and socio-economic research, publication on the Website and on other media channels of Saline Culcasi, as well as to carry out profiling activities, also for the purpose of identifying the customer's point of sale that resells Saline Culcasi products and/or services ("Store Locator").
• with regard to the "Book your visit" section, allow access to the Saline Culcasi headquarters and protect the safety and health of visitors who participate in guided tours, as well as for the purpose of preventing coronavirus infection and repercussions on public health;

Failure to provide data in the "Press & Trade Room Login", "Store Locator", "Subscribe to our newsletter" and/or "Book your visit" section and/or failure to express consent to their processing for the respective purposes mentioned above will not allow the correct performance of the services requested by the user.

The legal basis for the processing of the data provided for the purposes mentioned above is the need to execute the contract for the provision of services as requested by the user, the protection of a significant public interest (public health) and/or the express consent provided by the user.

Processing methods

The data collected will be processed, stored and processed with electronic tools and will be stored both on computer supports and on paper supports, organized in databases, and on any other type of suitable support. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will not be made visible to other users of the Site and will not be disseminated; however, they may be communicated to companies, associations or professional firms that deal with the management of the Site, or that deal with the execution of customer requests. The personal data provided may be freely transferred outside the national territory to countries located in the European Union. Any transfer of the personal data of the data subject to countries located outside the European Union will take place, in any case, in compliance with the appropriate and appropriate guarantees for the purposes of the transfer itself pursuant to the applicable legislation and in particular Articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation.

Data retention period

The personal data collected and processed as a result of browsing the Site will be processed for the entire period necessary to provide the services requested by the customer.

The processing will be carried out until the data subject exercises the revocation by written communication to the info@salineculcasi.it address or through the procedure for unregistering on the Site (following the instructions on the Site and/or at the bottom of each communication received).

The data collected and processed will in any case be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, also to comply with contractual or legal obligations, including in terms of emergency regulatory disciplines, and to document the activities carried out, as well as to guarantee the legitimate interest of Saline Culcasi to protect itself from liabilities potentially deriving from the processing and until any possible action against him is not time-barred.

Subjects to whom the data may be communicated

The data collected will not be disseminated and may be communicated, in addition to subjects and bodies that have the right and interest to access personal data by law or secondary and/or community regulations, to internal staff or external collaborators of the Data Controller, as well as to companies, associations or professional firms that provide services and activities on behalf of the Data Controller as data processors for the fulfilment of data protection obligations. law, as well as for any organizational and administrative need necessary to provide the services requested. Rights of the data subject

In relation to the above-mentioned data processing, the subject to whom the data refer has the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for by the Regulation (Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21), i.e. the rights to: a) access personal data; b) request its rectification, updating, integration, cancellation, limitation or portability; c) object to the processing; d) revoke consent to the processing of data and e) lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and indications published on the www.garanteprivacy.it website.
