For hygiene, health and food safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted for food products, cosmetics, personal care products or sealed products that have been opened, used, altered or had their original seal removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
