Terms and conditions of guided visit

General conditions for booking a guided visit:

All prices are inclusive of VAT; for online purchases, the sums paid in advance are to be considered as a guarantee.
The booking is to be considered confirmed only after written communication (by e-mail) by Saline Culcasi.
Please inform us of special needs in advance. Unless noted above, no liability is assumed.

General conditions for changing or cancelling a booking for a guided tour:

The changes must be communicated in writing (by e-mail) within 2 days (working days) from the date of the visit, providing name, surname and booking code:

In the event of a decrease in the number of places booked and a change in the type of tasting, if communicated within the aforementioned deadline, the corresponding amount will be re-credited directly to the credit card used, otherwise Saline Culcasi will retain the amount due;
in the event of an increase in the number of places booked and a change in the type of tasting, the reservation must be confirmed by Saline Culcasi.

Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing (by e-mail).

The cancellation of the reservation must be received within 2 days (working days) from the date of the visit, providing name, and surname and reservation code. If communicated within the aforementioned deadline, the corresponding amount will be re-credited directly to the credit card used; otherwise Saline Culcasi will retain the total amount.

Saline Culcasi reserves the right to change the location of the event or to cancel the event, at any time, due to force majeure and /or impossibility (including cases, by way of example and not limited to, of meteorological events that make it impossible to organize the event, impediments caused by the Covid-19 emergency, etc.). Participants are guaranteed a full refund of the ticket, through the same payment method used for the purchase, whether the event is cancelled or if the change of location does not allow the buyer to take part in the guided tour.

General Covid-19 Anti-Contagion Security Rules to be followed during visits

Access to the Salt Pans will be limited to small groups upon booking

Visits and tastings may include access to indoor areas, therefore access to closed areas will be allowed only on possession of a valid COVID-19 Green Pass (green pass) and an identity document which must be exhibited to the authorized staff of Saline Culcasi for the purposes of the mandatory verification required by current legislation. In the event that a guest is unable to exhibit these documents, Saline Culcasi will be obliged to deny you access to the Museum for the guided tour and the ticket price will not be refunded.

You can access the rooms (internal and external) of Saline Culcasi if you are aware that you do not have symptoms of flu, temperature over 37.5 ° C or other symptoms of respiratory infection (in compliance with the provisions of the Authority which require you to inform the family doctor and the health authority and to remain at home).

You may access the (internal and external) areas of Saline Culcasi if in the 15 days prior to the visit you have not shown flu symptoms, you have not come into contact with people who have tested positive for Covid-19, and you do not come from areas at risk according to WHO guidelines.

Access to the premises of Saline Culcasi will also be allowed only if equipped with a special mask, to be worn correctly for the duration of the visit. In the event that you do not have one, we will provide you with disposable masks with adequate safety features.

Suitable hand sanitizing means will be made available at the entrance and during the tour.

You will be asked to follow the instructions of the guide and to maintain, at all times of the visit, a minimum distance from the other participants of at least 1metre.

Finally, it should be remembered that periodic sanitation of the premises, environments and seats is foreseen.

General rules of conduct for visitors:
Visitors are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the visit to check-in.

The time of the visit is fixed and cannot be changed, in compliance with the booking of the rest of the participating group.

The entrance to the premises of the establishment is allowed only if accompanied by authorized staff.

All visitors are asked to always follow the instructions of their guides. In particular, it is necessary to:
Pay the utmost attention to moving vehicles (e.g. forklifts);
In case of emergency (fire, natural disaster) keep calm, do not move away from the guide, follow the instructions provided by the guide and use the escape routes indicated by the appropriate signs.
